At Trinity Therapy in South Charlotte, we listen to your full story, no matter how awkward or “TMI” it is, so that we can figure out the cause together and work on a solution together.  While most doctors (and even other PTs) just scratch the surface of your problem, Trinity PT offers care with integrity, honesty, and a more personal connection providing you with a closer look at what’s really going on with your body.

Many men and women with vestibular issues have experienced things like feeling dizzy without a cause, feeling “drunk” or like something isn’t right with their head, feeling like reading screens is next to impossible, having trouble sleeping, feeling anxious all the time, and much more (I’ve heard it all!).

Many people are told “just try this medication”, “you need more tests”, or “just give it time” only to be left feeling alone with their issues and at a loss for what to do.  Working with a provider who understands that the entire body works together is vital to your recovery and at Trinity, we take pride in truly understanding your story so that you can finally break free from your vestibular issues.

At Trinity Therapy, we focus on three core values: mobility, stability, strength. First we assess the issues you are experiencing and listen to your full story. Then we create a treatment plan together that works for your schedule and your body.  Our treatment plan gets you back to being mobile, locks-in your stability, and strengthens you for the future.  Our goal at Trinity Therapy is to problem solve together as a team so you can get out of pain and out of discomfort, and back to living your life.

Wondering if Physical Therapy is Right for You?

Ann R.

Emily is a caring, confident and cautious physical therapist. Asking lots of questions so that she has an understanding of the individual and their concerns / frustrations with an injury or post surgery rehabilitation. She suggested exercises and stretches that did improve my mobility, strengthened hip/leg muscles and reduced pain of walking. Just wish we were back living in the same area. I highly recommend Emily.

"Dr. Emily excels in her field. Without a doubt the best Physical Therapist I have ever gone to. I was in a bad car accident and have suffered with chronic back pain ever since. She worked with me to find a method of care and recovery that was suited to my specific needs. Best of all she comes to you. She is extremely knowledgeable but most importantly she made me feel valued, cared for and seen. She championed me in my progress and provided encouragement and information for me when I grew frustrated with my limitations. I have since gone to workshops she has hosted on women's health because I value her passion and commitment to her industry. 10/10 would recommend."

Emily is a miracle worker! I practice Crossfit and dreaded every jumping jack, jump rope, or any jumping activity because of my “mom bladder”. And don’t get me started on sneezing. I had tried kegels but that didn’t cut it. I had the common misconception that a leaky bladder was just part of life after motherhood. WRONG! Physical Therapy can fix your mom bladder and Emily is THE person to call!
